Bundle components

Wheel base

The MOZA R9 V3 Direct Drive Wheel Base produces 9 Nm peak torque and 180 W peak power through a high-performance 18-slot / 16-pole servo motor. Its 21-bit magnetic encoder resolves 2,097,152 steps per revolution and USB refresh is 1000 Hz. Intelligent temperature monitoring with active cooling manages longer sessions. The aviation-grade aluminum housing supports 90° to 2700° steering rotation, while dedicated ports cover power, pedals, emergency stop, USB, dashboard, shifter and handbrake.

Steering wheel

The MOZA Racing KS PRO Steering Wheel uses a 300 mm butterfly-style GT format with carbon-fiber-reinforced composite construction, a high-strength steel core and TPE soft-rubber grips. A 2.99-inch screen supports customizable dashboards. Ten RGB buttons, two rear buttons, five rotary encoders, two thumb encoders and two seven-way switches provide direct access to car settings. Twelve rev LEDs and six flag LEDs support telemetry, while forged-carbon Hall-sensor shifter and dual-clutch paddles handle shifting and clutch functions. The all-aluminum quick release connects directly to compatible MOZA bases.

Mounting and included hardware

The R9 V3 supports a standard four-hole bottom mount. MOZA also lists optional side mounting and a table clamp. The combined component packages provide the R9 power supply, USB cable and toolkit plus the KS Pro toolkit, stickers, manuals and warranty documentation. Pedals, shifter, handbrake, emergency-stop switch, cockpit hardware and the optional table clamp are not included.

Software and configuration

MOZA Pit House manages R9 V3 force-feedback strength, steering range, profiles and firmware. It also manages KS Pro dashboard layouts, RGB button colours, rev and flag LEDs, input mapping and paddle modes. This gives one software environment for both the base and the wheel when switching between different cars or racing disciplines.

Upgrade options

The R9 V3 includes dedicated ecosystem ports for compatible MOZA pedals, dashboard, shifter, handbrake and emergency stop. The KS Pro can also move to other current MOZA wheelbases using the same quick-release system. Optional controls and mounting accessories are separate from this bundle.
